Your mission is to build your house and have as much money as possible in your bank account after 25 years. Make the choices you think will help you succeed. You will have $100,000 to spend on building your house. You can choose to spend it all, or try to save some of it.

However, the choices you make will also effect how big your energy bills will be over time. If you have to spend a lot on energy bills, that might mean less money in the bank!

After you have made all of your choices you will have the chance to go back a second time and make different choices to see if you can save more money.
